発表会など、人前で演奏する時に心配なのはなんと言っても…暗譜ですよね！！
人前での演奏は何年…いえ、何十年やっていても緊張するものです。
緊張して頭が真っ白になっちゃったらどうしよう！！
音を忘れちゃったらどうしよう！！
っていう怖さは誰にでもあると思います。
今日はその暗譜対策です！
もちろん、イヤと言うほど弾き込んで練習することは前提ですよ〜。
その上で、どんな方法で暗譜のための練習をするか。
ぴこ教室では毎年発表会をしていますが、いつも生徒のみなさんにこの方法をおすすめしています。
するとみんな、本番どんなに緊張しても、手や足が震えていても、頭が真っ白になって音が分からなくなっちゃったりすることは無いです。
子どもでも大人でも初心者でも大丈夫です！
私もいつもやっています。
その暗譜対策とは……
1：まずは前からざっと覚えて楽譜を見ないで弾けるようにする。
2：曲をいくつかに分け番号をふり、そのどこからでも暗譜で弾けるようにする。（曲を分けて番号をふる時は、曲の長さによりますが1ページ1つか、多くて2つくらいがいいです。あんまり細かく分けるとごちゃごちゃしちゃうので。）
3：後ろの番号から、片手ずつの暗譜練習をする。（その時弾いていない方の手の音も思い浮かべながらやるといいです。）
基本はこの3つです。
それができたらあとは、鍵盤の無い所で鍵盤をイメージして指を動かしながら弾いてみるなどもいいです。エアピアノって感じですね。
2番の「曲を分けてどこからでも頭出しできるように暗譜する」っていうのは、もし止まってもどこからでも弾き出せるっていう安心にもつながるし、あとは番号で分けて覚えることによって曲の構成がはっきりするんです。弾きながら「今どこにいる」っていうのが分かりやすくなります。
そしてとくに！！
3番の「片手ずつ暗譜練習」、これは効きます！
特に左手です！
緊張して分からなくなっちゃうのって左手が多いのです。
両手で暗譜で弾けるようになってから片手ずつ暗譜で弾いてみると、左手だけ暗譜で弾くのが難しいことに最初みんなびっくりします。
ええ〜！？両手では弾けていたのに左手だけだと分からない！！
ってなります。実は両手でやっただけではあやふやな部分がまだあるのですね。
なので片手だけの暗譜練習もやります。
これがね〜〜〜、しんどいんですよ〜〜。（涙）
地味だし〜。楽しくないし〜〜。時間かかるし〜〜。（涙）
